These are the bass tones used on "The Beginning To An Ending." I would recommend using an extended range bass with active pickups. For the album, we used a Schecter Stiletto 5-String Bass with Active EMG pickups. The bass was set to have as flat of an EQ response as possible. The scale length of the bass was approximately 35" and it was tuned to B
